Busti, PA: Stateline Speedway opened the on-track activities for the 2018 season with an “open practice” session for all regular classes plus the new RUSH Crate Sprint division, scheduled for an appearance this summer. 56 cars over the six regular classes plus winless crate Sprints and a sole “Mod Lite” took advantage of the opportunity.
The 2018 season will kick off next Saturday night, May 12, with the “Mother’s Day” special with the Overhead Door of Jamestown Super Late Models racing for 50 laps and $3000 to win. All Mom’s will be admitted to the event for just $5. The lineup for the Mother’s Day Special will be determined by a “complete redraw” for all positions.
Stateline Speedway on Kortwright Road in Busti, NY, has been in continuous operation since 1956 and is currently owned by Jim and Jean Scott, and Dave Turner. Racing is presented every Saturday night during the racing season, this year from May 12 thru September 3 plus special events and practices. The 2018 season will conclude on September 3 with an Enduro.
