SHREVEPORT, La.–The USMTS Caseys Cup Series powered by S&S Fishing & Rental events slated for Friday, May 8, at the Ark-La-Tex Speedway in Vivian, La., Saturday, May 9, at the Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, La., have been canceled.
Officials from both the USMTS and the hosting tracks are looking at dates to reschedule these shows later this summer.
With fingers crossed and on bended knee praying to the heavens, the USMTS will kick off the Farm Boy BBQ Sauce Northern Region next week.
Action starts Thursday, May 14, at the Rice Lake Speedway in Rice Lake, Wis., and then travel to the I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls, Minn., for the first time ever on Friday, May 15.
The tripleheader weekend wraps up Saturday, May 16, at the Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, Minn.
All three shows will pay $3,000 to win and no less than $250 to start the main event.
