| Step:2 | Click Here to download the update file. This will copy the file to a directory on your computer. After doing that, you will need to open this file to begin the update process so remember where you saved it. The desktop is usually a good place because the file will be easy to find and you can delete it after running the update. |
| Step:3 | Open the "sn_updateXXXX.exe" file to begin the update process by double-clicking the icon on your desktop or on the filename in Windows Explorer. The "XXXX" will be a four digit number that indicates the revision level of the update. |
| Step:4 | Follow the prompts during the update installation sequence to agree to the install, accept the user agreement and choose the directory where the SpeedNet program is installed (by default this is c:\Program Files\SpeedNet). |
| Step:5 | After the update is installed, finish by clicking the "OK" box on the confirmation screen. You are now ready to use your software. You do not need to reboot your computer. |
